You can either save as a file by right clicking and selecting "save link as" or you can left click and the file should download and open itself either directly or in MediaPlayer (ignore any protestations about file type compatibility it seems to work OK despite this). These are MPEG-4 files so require reasonably modern video playing software.

It will take about 4 minutes to download each version over the appropriate network (unless it is busy in which case it may take longer).

It is possible to download the much higher quality Broadband version over a dial up connection but it will take a long time (40 mins or more).
